1. Hourly Slots & Booking Policy
BookmyHotel provides accommodations in slots of 3 hours, 6 hours, or 9 hours, as well as full-day options. Check-in times are precise. If your booking is from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM:
- Check-in Buffer: Guests are allowed to check-in up to 30 minutes past their slot start time. Late arrivals do not automatically shift the checkout time.
- Overtime Grace Period: We allow a standard 15-minute checkout grace period. Checkouts exceeding 15 minutes past the slot duration will trigger an additional hourly fee equivalent to the base hourly rate of the property.
2. Identity Verification Requirements
To ensure standard safety and legal compliance, all guests checking in must produce a valid government-approved address photo ID card:
- Accepted Proofs: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport.
- Rejected Proofs: PAN Cards are generally rejected by property directories as they do not show permanent residential address details.
- Age Limit: All check-ins require guests to be 18 years of age or older.
3. Couples Safety & Rights
Under local laws, consenting adults over 18 years possess the right to occupy hotel accommodations together. Our partner hotels guarantee complete privacy and absolute judgment-free services. Unmarried couples with valid residential identity clearances are fully welcomed.
