Can I extend my hourly booking duration?
Yes, you can extend your duration slot subject to room availability. You can make an extension request directly via our support helpline or request the front office executive at the partner hotel. Standard hourly extension pricing will apply.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Hourly bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled check-in slot. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot start time are subject to a standard 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
How is my privacy protected during couple stays?
BookmyHotel guarantees 100% judgment-free stays. Our partner hotels are strictly vetted and legally contracted to welcome unmarried consenting adult couples with valid government photo IDs. Guest check-in records are protected by encrypted platforms.
