- Conduct quality check audits on partner properties daily.
- Train hotel front-desk staff on custom booking confirmation applications.
- Resolve on-ground guest check-in queries and coordinate with the central support desk.
Hotel Partnership Manager
Full-TimeLead business development and onboard premium boutique hotels, guest houses, and properties into the BookmyHotel micro-stay network.
- Pitch BookmyHotel's hourly occupancy optimization strategy to local property owners.
- Negotiate pricing margins and execute legal onboarding documents.
- Monitor property performance dashboards to drive consistent revenue metrics.
Customer Experience Associate
Hybrid / ShiftBe the voice of BookmyHotel. Help guests navigate check-in confirmations, verify booking slots, and handle customer happiness hotlines.
- Assist guests with instant reservation updates via call and chat channels.
- Coordinate with on-ground operators to verify room ready-states.
- Maintain high guest-satisfaction ratings. Excellent Odia & English communication is highly preferred.
